The rules for this site, in plain language.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site is an information and enquiry channel: product descriptions, how we work, and a way to reach us. It is not the product. Logging in to an Oadbox product, and everything about how that product is provided — availability, support, fees, data handling, term and termination — is governed by the subscription agreement between Oadbox and the subscribing organisation.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems, or another user's data.
• Probe, scan or test the site's security, or interfere with its availability for others.
• Scrape or harvest content in bulk, or use automated means that place unreasonable load on the site.
• Copy, reproduce or republish the content commercially without our written permission.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, misleading, or in breach of someone else's rights.

We may restrict access if the site is being used in any of these ways.

The Oadbox name and logo, the product names, and the text, design, code and images on this site belong to Oadbox or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

When you send us an enquiry, feedback or a feature suggestion, we may use it to improve our products without owing you any payment or confidentiality obligation for it — unless we have separately signed a confidentiality agreement with you. Do not send us confidential information, personal data about third parties, or anything sensitive through the enquiry channel.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but the content is provided as general information about our products. Descriptions, capabilities and indicative pricing may change, and nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of any particular result. The site is provided as-is; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content, and linking to them is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability relating to the products is dealt with in the subscription agreement, not here.

We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
