Manoj is a builder by instinct — a founder three times over, and an engineer who never quite stopped being one. The conviction running through all of it is unfashionably simple: business software fails less often because the technology was wrong than because nobody watched the work being done. It is sold to the person who signs and used by the person at the counter, and those are rarely the same afternoon.

That instinct has produced companies, not just products — Intent Softwares, then CodeBele, founded and run out of Ballari until its acquisition by Terralogic, where a spell as VP of Software Services followed. The enterprise playbook, seen up close and at global scale. Oadbox is the argument that came out of it: the same engineering discipline, pointed at the industries nobody bothered to offer it to.

Picking the next one is the founder's call, and the filter has not changed since. The existing software is old, expensive or absent. The statutory side — GST, TDS, PF, ESI, RERA, ABDM — is where it quietly breaks. The business has already built a spreadsheet to paper over the gap. The portfolio that came through that filter now spans eight industries, from schools and hospitals to fleets, lenders and factories, every one of them designed, built and supported in-house.
